Cantus Firmus brings liturgical planning, musician scheduling, personnel administration, and ministry communications into one coordinated platform—helping music directors spend less time managing logistics and more time making music.

Built for music directors and the staff and musicians who support them. Access is through participating organizations; workflows vary by deployment. Public self-service signup is not available.

Bring personnel and ministry records into one workspace. Budget and payroll workflows remain in development and are not generally production-ready.

Communicate with Mailroom

When enabled, Mailroom sends organization-directed email through an authorized Google Workspace account. It requests gmail.send for sending, with openid and email to verify the authorizing account. It does not read inbox messages. A queued or provider-accepted message does not confirm delivery.
